House Etiquette
Correspondence has manners. Ours are written down so that no one has to guess them.
About the women
- Our sixteen are invented adults, 20 to 55, with trades of their own; none is written as younger than her age.
- Every premise rests on consent. No character stands in for a relative, and none copies a real individual.
- A woman's boundaries sit on her profile, and she holds to them.
About the writers
- Eighteen is the minimum age to use Longhand.
- Anything that sexualises someone under 18, or hints at it, gets refused and may cost the account. Framing changes nothing.
- Scenes of force, of real people's private lives or of harm to someone are stopped, whatever they wear.
- If you write that you intend to hurt yourself, the correspondent puts the scene down and points to real help. Please use it.
About the page
The letter shuts the door before anything explicit, on free and paid tiers alike; the limit belongs to the site. The expedition doctor and the other trades are characters, so their remarks on health, law or money are fiction. For anything real, find a qualified human.
When something goes wrong
Write to the footer address and a person will read it. An account that keeps breaking these rules can be shut.
